Although Raja Ampat is a group of islands with enchanting underwater beauty that requires diving to enjoy. However, tourists who cannot dive or enjoy the beauty without diving should not be concerned. Here are some fantastic places to visit without diving on your Raja Ampat best liveaboard.

Kabui Bay

Kabui Bay is about an hour by boat from Waisai, Raja Ampat’s capital. When you join this tropical paradise, you will be greeted by calm and clear green water. The cliffs are also relatively high and beautiful, with trees growing around them. You cannot, however, visit all cliffs because some do not have a shore. However, several cliffs can be climbed and even have man-made stairs.

Batu Pencil

Batu Pencil is the iconic landmark of Kabui Bay. The massive stone towers over the water in Kabui Bay. Locals used to think it looked like a pencil, but you might disagree once you see it yourself. Weather and climate have caused the shape to change. Batu Pensil has been designated as a World Geopark Site, along with several coral island groups in Kabui Bay.

Friwen Beach

Friwen Beach has breathtaking natural beauty. The coast is adorned with white sands, shady trees surround the beach, and gradations of light blue and old seawater add colour to the area. The waves at Friwen were very calm, almost undetectable. This makes the beach more enjoyable for chilling and relaxing while admiring nature’s beauty. Several shops sell various foods and drinks if you get hungry. The fried banana served with a delicious chilli sauce is a must-order.

Pasir Timbul

The white sand is usually found on the coast but not in Mansuar, Raja Ampat. This area has white sand that stretches across the middle of the sea and is surrounded by crystal-clear seawater. This is a natural phenomenon that takes place when the sea water fades away. At times, white sand will stand out and provide a place to relax or enjoy the clean white sand.

Piaynemo

Visit the island of Piaynemo whenever you are in Raja Ampat. You’ll be treated to a stunning view of karst island clusters there. Piaynemo is about two hours by speedboat from Waisai’s port. You will see mangrove forests and other Raja Ampat islands throughout the journey. You might even see dolphins if you’re lucky and the weather is nice.
